premium (subscription-based) access:

- Premium Access: Unlocks advanced features, premium recipes, cookbooks, meal plans,
menus, and enhanced Recipe GPT capabilities.
3.2 Subscription Plans
- Premium access is provided through monthly or yearly subscription plans.
- Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account or account settings.
3.3 One-Time Purchases
In addition to subscriptions, KitchenPocket may offer one-time purchases such as digital cookbooks, curated
menus, or special meal plans.
3.4 Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
- We do not store credit/debit card details.
- All digital purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or platform
policies.
4. AI-Powered Recipe Generation
4.1 Purpose
The Recipe Assistant helps you generate recipes based on ingredients, preferences, or prompts you provide. It
is designed solely to assist with recipe discovery and cooking inspiration.
4.2 How It Works & Third-Party Processing
When you use the Recipe Assistant, your text input (such as ingredients or cuisine preferences) is sent to
OpenAI's API to generate a recipe response. Please note:
Only your recipe prompt is transmitted. No personal information, account details, or device data is shared.
Your prompts are processed by OpenAI under their Privacy Policy at
https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
We do not use your prompts to train AI models or share them beyond what is needed to generate your recipe.
4.3 Accuracy Disclaimer
- Recipes and nutritional estimates are AI-generated and may not always be accurate.
- Always check ingredients carefully if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Kitchen Pocket is not responsible for outcomes from reliance on AI-generated recipes.
4.4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal prompts through the Recipe Assistant. Misuse may
result in suspension of access to this feature.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, recipes, AI outputs, logos, and designs, is owned by the App or its
licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Cooking results, dietary choices, or health outcomes
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Reliance on AI-generated content
7. Changes to Policies
We may update these policies from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated
