Step-by-step instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 10x15-inch rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Arrange bacon on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until partially cooked and pliable, about 8 minutes. Pour off bacon grease from baking sheet. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of ice water and bring a very large skillet of salted water to a boil. Add beans to the skillet, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until bright green, about 1 minute. Drain beans, then transfer them to the ice bath. Once cooled, drain beans and blot dry with paper towels.
For sauce, add Worcestershire, butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic powder to skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Return beans to skillet; toss to coat in sauce.
Working with about 10 green beans at a time, wrap 1 piece of bacon around the beans to form a bundle. Repeat with remaining beans and bacon. Arrange bundles on a baking sheet, tucking bacon ends underneath bundles. Drizzle beans with any remaining sauce in skillet.
Bake, uncovered, until bacon is crisp and green beans are tender, about 35 minutes.
